从Selama的官方网站得知Selama县内有4座瀑布，分别是Lata Tebing Tinggi （Ulu Mengkuang）， Lata Damak, Lata Tinggi 和 Lata Rambong. 因为时间关系，我们只到访了Lata Tebing Tinggi （Ulu Mengkuang).
从Selama出发，车程只需约20分钟就可抵达瀑布入口处。在大路旁有一个明显的告示牌。

这是公园里第一个瀑布，由于这里的水位较浅，适合一家大小游玩，也是最多人的戏水地点。这里也设有一座凉亭和厕所。这第一层的瀑布属于较宽型的。

沿着河的右边，有一条小径徐徐向上伸去。据村民说，往上走还有瀑布，于是我们继续往内探索去。

这是第二座，池水也较深。如果想在比较清静的池里游泳，这里是不错的选择。

继续往上走，会看到一些较小的瀑布。

我们在隆隆的水声引导下，无意间找到了这第三座瀑布，也是最美的。天快要暗了，我们今天的旅程就到此。相信上流还有更多的瀑布等待被发现。
